Threat and Vulnerability Assessments

Project Summary:

• Netira Group conducted thirteen risk and vulnerability site assessments throughout the State of Michigan together with Burns & McDonnell for ITC Holdings on electric substations and control centers. These involved assessments for each of the 13 facilities throughout the state and discussions with stakeholders concerning all elements of site security and critical asset protection.
• Site survey (day and night) including Ann Arbor backup center and Novi HQ Control Center
• Shooting lane analysis for each XFMRs at each substation site
• TVA Report detailing terror risk and recommended mitigations for each site/facility
